Clear, practical handling of your information
When you contact Hekman Home Services, you are trusting us with details about you and your property. We use that information to respond to your enquiry, understand the possible project and communicate about any work that follows.
Information you choose to send
The quote form may collect your name, project location, phone number, email address, preferred timing, project type and the description you provide. Please do not send financial, health or other sensitive information through the website.
How we use it
We use enquiry details to reply, assess whether the project may be a fit, plan the next conversation and maintain appropriate business records if work proceeds. We do not sell enquiry information or use it to enrol you in marketing.
Website measurement
We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand aggregate page visits and whether the quote form was successfully completed. We do not send the contents of your form to analytics, and we remove query strings and page fragments before analytics events are recorded.
Service providers
Vercel hosts the website and runs the secure form, Resend transmits the enquiry email, and Google Gmail receives it for Hekman Home Services. These providers may process information outside Canada under their own safeguards and applicable laws.
Retention and safeguards
We keep enquiries only as long as reasonably needed for the conversation, any resulting project and applicable legal or business-record obligations, then delete or anonymize them when appropriate. We use reasonable technical and administrative safeguards, but no online service can promise absolute security.
