Commercial Maintenance & Repairs

Responsive repair and improvement work for salons, fitness facilities, offices, retail, rentals and managed properties.

Thoughtful project planning

Built around what the space needs.

Commercial spaces need repairs completed with a clear scope, awareness of customers and staff, and respect for day-to-day operations. Hekman Home Services can address one urgent repair, a tenant improvement or a grouped maintenance list across drywall, ceilings, pot lights, plumbing fixtures, painting, doors, trim, kitchenettes and other compatible work.

What the work can include

A complete scope, not disconnected pieces.

The exact work depends on existing conditions, selected materials and the result you want.

01

Repair lists

Drywall, trim, doors, fixtures and other compatible items can be grouped into one scope.

02

Occupied-space improvements

Finish updates, lighting-related ceiling work and layout repairs can support salons, fitness facilities, retail and office spaces.

03

Property maintenance

Business owners, landlords and property managers can consolidate several repair needs into one practical project quote.

Commercial work in context

Different businesses. Different problems. The same practical approach.

A salon recovering from water damage, a fitness facility replacing outdated lighting and an office kitchen that needed to work better—each project was shaped around the business using the space.

Restoration · working salon

Water damage does not care that a business needs to stay open.

This London salon needed restorative work after a water leak. The goal was not to redesign its identity; it was to complete the necessary construction repairs and return the working space to the bright, polished setting its clients already knew.

  • Commercial water-damage restoration
  • Repair work planned around an active business
  • Walls, ceilings and connected finish work
  • A clean, functional space ready for clients again

Fitness facility · LED upgrade

Office kitchen · London

A dated staff kitchen, rebuilt into a clean working space

The original cabinetry and counter were removed, the wall was opened for plumbing and repair access, and new cabinets, counter, sink, hardware and finish work were brought together in the same compact footprint.
