A focused conversion that changed how the room works.

The original jetted tub and deep tiled platform filled the window end of the bathroom. The renovation removed that assembly, opened the surrounding wall and floor where access was required, and rebuilt the area as a tiled shower with a sliding glass enclosure.

The glass-block window, walnut vanity and gray floor give the sequence clear visual anchors. They make it possible to follow the same room through every stage without borrowing photographs from another job.

Confirm what remains, what comes out and how the new shower fits the existing footprint.

Open carefully

Remove the tub platform and expose the wall and floor only where the new work requires access.

Build the wet area

Prepare the shower assembly, waterproofing, tile and plumbing connections in the correct order.

Complete the room

Fit the glass enclosure and reconnect trim, fixtures and surrounding finishes cleanly.
